We arrived at the surgeory a little after 4.00pm. I dragged my feet into
the building and to my impending doom. We were ushered into a small office
with the usual plastic models of skulls and body parts that are found in
every doctors office, and the door was shut.

About five minute later an attractive blonde woman came into the room
wearing a pinstriped suit carrying a cup of coffee, "Carol! how are you
dear" Carol jumped up and hugged this woman "great Sue, thanks for seeing
us on short notice, it was Mikes idea but I like it, so what can you do for
us?"

Sue looked at me and winked "Well Mike, your bone structure is pretty fine
so there shouldn't be any drama's in making you look like a very elegant
lady" I bowed my head in resignation as both girls chatted about various
matters including what surgical changes should be made to both of us. I
ignored the lot, letting them figure it out on their own.

After 2 hours of the girls talking and playing with computer images they
appeared to agree on what changes should be made to Carol and I. I still
had no idea, and didn't want to know. Sue has then left the room and
