Her uniform was simple: black shoes with seven-inch heels and locking ankle straps, eight-inch chains connecting her ankles and wrists, a severe black corset and a collar. In her mouth was a large black ball-gag and of course she wore a diaper all the time. Her head had been shaved and she was now permanently bald.

Neither Rachel nor Tony were really into scat and used it mostly as a means for humiliating Susanna. Combined with the fact that Susanna's openings became more and more flabby and less and less inviting, this meant that they began to loose interest in her. Actually it was a bit of a problem for them since the twins had given them Helen Robinson. Rachel and Tony definitely did not find it very sexy and struggled for long time with what to do with them.

After a year they finally turned them both into permanent toilets. This involved very extensive surgery. When the new toilets returned from Dr. Jacobsen they looked exactly the same: Both had had their arms and legs removed as well as their ears. Since no one would see them or use them for sexual purposes, they had also had their breasts removed. Their jaws had been wrenched apart, a steel ring inserted along the edge holding their mouths permanently open and their heads had been bent over backwards so that their mouths pointed straight up and had been fixed in that position using so rather drastic steel inserts. No one wanted a speaking toilet so their vocal cords had been removed and as they were going to spend the rest of their lives in darkness their eyes had also been removed.

They were mounted inside a box with an opening surrounded by a seat, thus making up a toilet. Their mouths were directly beneath the opening, which had a funnel insuring that all the shit wound up in their mouths, ready to receive whatever came.
