Cruising With Chrissie

Several years ago my best friend and ex college roommate Kelly and I took a week long cruise, visiting several lovely
tropical Islands. We had an exceptionally good time as the food was fantastic, the alcohol flowed freely, we didn't manage to
part with too much money in the casino and we sampled some incredible strains of pot.
The days aboard ship were taken up with sunbathing, swimming, reading trashy novels and generally relaxing. The
evenings on the hand were spent drinking, dancing, gambling and socializing. Once we'd lost our limit at the Black Jack
table we would normally head for one of the ships many lounges. My preference typically led me to the bars where there
was loud music and plenty of dancing. Kelly on the hand preferred to spend most of her time in the less raucous lounges
seeking out intelligent conversation. In reality she was hoping to find a fellow lesbian or failing that at least a bi-curious
female. I am sure she would even settle for a women currently mad at her boyfriend/husband that she could entice
into a quick roll in the hay.

The vast majority of the passengers were either married or traveling with a significant other of one type or another. I looked
upon this as an opportunity to convince an otherwise spoken for guy that dancing with me was worth risking the ire of his
lady. Enticing and older gentleman to dance with me proved fairly easy, the younger guys required a bit more effort.
I told Kelly it must have been that the older ones figured that I could prove to be more fun than what they already had.
As the night progressed however more and more of the younger ones became available. Many women tended to retire to
their staterooms earlier then their partners, especially on evenings later in the week. As it turns out mid-week was best
for finding couples who were growing a bit weary of each others company.
I make it a point never to "ambush" a guy as I believe putting a guy in that situation has a good possibility of turning out
bad. So if I couldn't hook up with a guy who I felt might appreciate a girl "with something extra" I'd satisfy myself with
dancing, flirting and teasing.
