A Trip To The Mall

Oak Park Fashion Mall had lived up to its listing in the yellow pages as the "source for all your fashion needs". I had been there for 4 hours and spent a lot of money increasing Tammie,s wardrobe from the skin out. I had been in almost every store that featured ladies clothes (I don't remember if there were many mens stores) except one large one that had it windows covered. There was signs indicating that a special sale would start a 9:00. I was wearing a pair of grey slacks and a printed rayon shirt, but under those was a pair of Vanity Fair panties, a bra, camisole all from the lace piquant line and a pair of Haines Silk Reflections pantyhose (Gentlebrown).

I was really getting tired and the new clothes I had purchased were causing a real longing on my part to get back to the motel room so I could try them on. But I looked at my watch and it was 8:30 and I was curious just what kind of special sale they were going to have. I started back to the far end of the mall figuring that maybe I could find out a little more.

As the store came into sight I saw that they were starting to take down the paper from the windows. I was glad I had waited because what my eyes fell on was a large display of lingerie from Vanity Fair, Bali, Wolcol.

I tried to be as inconspicuous as possible while I stood there and dreamed about how some of those lovely pieces of femininity would look on body. I slowly moved along the store front taking in the peignoirs, and floor length gowns.I knew I was going to have wait another few minutes and get in on this special sale. I moved away from the store and waited until about 9:15 when I nonchalantly walked back towards the store. I wished now I had taken my packages to the car as I was nearly overloaded with sacks from "Dillards", "Jones", "Victoria Secrets", Merle Norman, etc.

I was about three steps inside the store when I heard this ladies voice that was a little loud saying "Just where do you think you're going".
