Florida TG Experience

I got up and walked over and we met hugged and kissed on the cheek. We sat and had drinks first, and caught up on our lives. I mentioned I joined air national guard so I would learn to fly larger airplanes. I had my private pilot’s license since I was 18. I had a great opportunity to fly for this company in Ft Lauderdale shuttling people to the Bahamas mostly.
Jan has always attracted me, and tonight she had on a flowered sun dress exposing lots of cleavage, and attractive sandals. I saw she had a tattoo on her feet of two small feet a toe ring and soft pink toe nails. Many guys were looking at her. If you looked real hard you could see the aging in her face, but it surprised me how she was so very attractive, and was many more years the wiser. I explained I had just bought a home in West Palm Beach and commuted to Ft Lauderdale. It was what I thought a great buy on a golf course lake in the community of Ironhorse. I did not have curtains very little furniture or accessories and was searching for someone to help me. Jan said she knows someone she works with, but would I mind if she took a look and would consider doing this for me. Obviously I said yes. I asked if she would like to drive up tonight. Jan said no she couldn’t she had an open house Saturday. I walked her to her car, we said goodbye innocent hug and kiss, and said let’s make plans to meet and go over your home.
I worked Saturday and Sunday, and returned a phone call from Jan when I returned Sunday evening. We planned on meeting Monday morning around 10am. She drove to my home and we went over what it would cost. She took photos and said she would work something up, and asked what budget I had in mind. I told her I spent a little more on the home than I wanted but it was a good buy and If I wanted I could turn it around for $250k more than I paid, she agreed but said why do you think this place is under a million? It was only 1 block from the Florida Turnpike and people are afraid of the noise. Jan returned Friday morning and had some impressive photos of all the rooms and the outside on her laptop.
